Speech and Language Therapy

The Parents Lounge of Malverne offers individual and ongoing pediatric Speech therapy sessions during weekly 60 minute sessions for children on all ages. Our Speech Therapists have experience with a variety of speech delays and disorders including autism, apraxia, phonological and articulation disorders, speech and language delays, auditory processing difficulties, feeding and swallowing, selective mutism, Traumatic Brain Injury, LLD, and CP to name a few.

 

Certifications and Licensure:
-Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA (American Speech-Language–Hearing Association)
-Teacher of Students with Speech and Language Disabilities (TSSLD) (accreditation from the Department of Education)
-Licensure in Speech and Language Pathology from New York and New Jersey
-PROMPT Certified
